Title IX Agency Coordinator
As a recipient of federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Education, this agency is subject to the provisions of Title IX, which prohibits discrimination based on sex.
Patrick Weaver, Deputy Undersecretary in the Executive Office of the Superintendent, 5th Floor (Room 5-233), has been designated to serve as the Title IX Coordinator for the Department of Education. It is Mr. Weaver's duty to coordinate the Department's effort to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX.

Under normal browsing circumstances, the Louisiana Department of Education homepage and its gateway pages collect no personal, identifiable information about site users.
