Submitting a Bid

After you have successfully created a vendor account with the State of Louisiana, please visit the Louisiana Procurement and Contract (LaPAC) site. There, you will be able to search for bids by category, department, and bid number. Each downloadable bid will contain the specifics of the project including a complete description, timeline, and application.
